We are able to deliver your reports within approximately two (2) weeks (excluding holidays or office closures) of receipt of the completed questionnaires in our facility because of our dedicated staff. This does not apply to statewide or custom survey orders.

It varies with the amount of customization, but typically custom surveys orders can expect to receive their reports within 30-45 business days from the date we are notified your online survey administration has completed or upon receiving your completed paper surveys.

Billing is based on the number of surveys ordered. It is important to get as close to the number of surveys you are going to need in a single survey cycle when ordering.

For the Online Survey, should your survey administration exceed the number of surveys ordered you will be billed for the overage after you close the survey window. All open invoices must be paid before your reports will be sent to you.

It usually takes about 40-50 minutes to complete a paper and pencil survey and 25-40 minutes for online, or about one class period.

Yes! If you take a look at our order form you will see that most of our surveys are available to purchase either online or as a paper and pencil survey. Please note there are costs differences between the Online and Paper surveys due to shipping and processing.

Yes, your raw data can be purchased and comes in a CSV file format. This is a raw data format file and needs advanced statistical software (SPSS or SAS) to manipulate. Excel is not advanced statistical software.

Yes, we do offer survey customization for our standard Online survey instruments for an additional cost. For the Paper survey instruments customization may be available for additional costs if ordering quantities greater than 1,000 surveys. Yes, for an additional $500, up to ten (10) additional questions can be asked. For the Online survey method it is possible to add more than ten (10) additional questions however each set of ten (10) questions will be an additional $500. For the Paper survey method, it is possible to add up to twenty (20) additional questions on most survey instruments (please confirm before purchasing), and each set of ten (10) questions will be an additional $500.

Email your questions in a Word Document, to info@pridesurveys.com. ISA Data reviews the questions for survey best practices and formats the document for legibility and ease of printing. We then contact you regarding any suggestions. Once we receive final approval, you will receive the final files and be responsible for the printing of the additional questions and distribution to the students, who will then mark the appropriate answer on the corresponding bubble in the extra question section of the questionnaire. Your report will include a customized table for each question showing the data collected. For online surveys the questions appear on the online form and no additional formatting or printing is necessary.

During the survey process, the survey administrator is tasked with making sure that each student knows that not only is the survey voluntary, each question is as well. We don't collect identifiable student information online, a single survey code goes to each school and is distributed to all the students. For Paper, students are informed that no names are to be written on questionnaires and that the surveys should be collected by another student, placed in an unmarked envelope and returned to the survey collection area which assures anonymity. Also Pride Surveys does not create a report if there are fewer than ten (10) respondents in a grade.

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused surveys (paper or online). If you do not use your full order of survey instruments, the surveys can be used to gather data for another survey cycle, as long as that survey is administered within 2 years of your original purchase. YOU MUST PLACE AN ORDER AT LEAST EVERY TWO YEARS TO USE LEFT OVER PRODUCTS. You should always try to get as close to the amount of surveys you will use in a single survey cycle.

We have a “lie test” built into the survey, and if the students don’t pass the “lie test”, their survey is not included in the report. Also, if students contradict themselves on specific questions, their survey is discarded. This happens approximately 5% of the time, depending on the survey used.

No, their data will not be discarded. Their survey will be marked as incomplete but their responses will still be included in the reports.

No, regular #2 pencils are all that the students will need.

The questionnaire is designed for easy use. You may want to review the steps with your teachers at a faculty meeting prior to administering the questionnaire. Instructions for administering are included with your order.

The differences in behaviors for students in grades 6-12 are significant. By using one questionnaire we can validate the difference and assist schools in tracking the difference. Also, the use of one instrument is helpful in developing trend data and allows for analysis between the grade levels.

Use the 4-6 Questionnaire if your school has a combination of grades 1-6 or 4-6. If your school has grades above 6th, use the 6-12 Questionnaire.

You do. Local data will not be released by ISA Data without written permission from the customer. ISA Data does not make public a list of schools who have participated.

When ordering surveys (paper or online) please make sure you submit the correct amount of survey instruments to be used to gather data. Our policy is to invoice based on the amount of survey instruments ordered. If you need more paper surveys, we will ship extras and bill you for the extra order. If you submit more online surveys than originally ordered, we will bill you for the extra online surveys submitted. If you do not use your full order of survey instruments, the surveys can be used to gather data for one additional survey cycle (i.e. carried forward one time), as long as that survey is administered within 2 years of your original purchase. Leftover surveys are calculated based on the number invoiced from the most recent cycle and does not include any leftovers from previous years (cycles). YOU MUST PLACE A PAID MINIMUM ORDER EACH CYCLE TO RECEIVE REPORTS, FREE SHIPPING, ETC. You should always try to get as close to the amount of surveys you will use in a single survey cycle. If leftover PAPER SURVEYS will be used from the prior cycle within the two-year period, YOU MUST CALL before surveying to make sure those forms are the most current. If they are not, we will replace those forms with updated instruments.
